OrderPilot SMS Program

What we send

OrderPilot sends a single, one-time text message containing a secure payment link after you place a food order by phone with a participating restaurant. This is a transactional message only. We do not send marketing or recurring texts.

How you opt in (verbal consent on the call)

Consent is collected verbally during the phone call you place to order. After your order is confirmed, our voice assistant says:

"OrderPilot can text you a one-time secure payment link for this order — it's a single automated message, no marketing or recurring texts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Our terms and privacy policy are at myorderpilot.com/sms. Can I text the link to the number ending in [last two digits]?"

We send the payment link only after you say "yes" and confirm your mobile number on the call.

Frequency, rates, and opt-out

• Frequency: one message per order, sent only when you request it.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to +17273001731 to stop messages.
• Help: reply HELP to +17273001731 for more information.

Privacy

Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
